Ypsita Demunshi, LL.M.

Ypsita is the founder and a Patent Agent.  

Ypsita has had a stellar patent professional experience so far. Unlike many others, she has had the experience of participating in some of the most challenging and interesting US Patent and Trademark Appeals Board proceedings and European Patent Office Oppositions very early in her career.

She works with start-ups, VC and accelerator firms, mid-size companies to help them protect innovation.Her motto is to provide effective patent services for an affordable cost.  She has helped managing global portfolios of start-ups while helping them navigate from a pre-seed start-up to preparing for an IPO. 

Ypsita has been a patent search analyst and a trained PTO certified patent searcher for more than a decade, worked in-house and in law firm as a Patent Agent.
